During the period 2024-25, in continuation the New Life Sanglen organized various welfare programme for transmen at the training hall of the Sanglen at Wangjing Bazar area, Thoubal District, Manipur from the own sources of the organization. The organization has been identified 30 (Thirty)Transmen who are denial from the family including their parents about their gender identity. Due to the harassment and aggressiveness of the family members compelled those to leave their family while many continue to bear the  sufferings without much support and help. Majority of the transgender drop out from their mid school level due to fear of discrimination and remain self-alienated. In this view, the RVS providing of healthy foods for them and hygienic shelter with a good and gender friendly environment is available in the institution. The home has recreational facilities both indoor and outdoor etc. Providing of life skill training to the transgender of the home is the main activities and the instructor of the organization were given training to the poor vulnerable transgender in different trade, such as Plastic bag making, Cane and Bamboo craft, different items of Kouna (Water-rid) making product etc. Health care facilities are also provided to the transgender of the home.
